Our spacious suite was a good surprise! The quiet ambiance allowed us to recharge after a day of exploring nearby sites. The charming cafes added a local flavor to our mornings.

We faced some challenges with the breakfast options since the hotel offered none. It made our early outings less convenient, as we sought meals in surrounding cafes.

The location of this hotel is great.

The shower floor trap was blocked, and I had to manually clear it two times. The room reeked of sewage. Despite my complaints, the staff did nothing to resolve the issue was good.

Utilize the laundry services offered by the hotel for convenience, particularly for families managing multiple outfits .

The room reeked of sewer, I was horrified. The smell was so bad that I thought I was staying in a pig sty instead of a hotel. The service was laughable-I mean, who leaves one bed unmade? I was expecting at least a complimentary gesture after all that, but apparently, I'm not special enough.

The jacuzzi on the balcony was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the spa services left us feeling rejuvenated. Only downside was a bit of confusion at check-in, but it didn't ruin our experience 😊

The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Seoul Station. We explored the area easily and even ventured to Insa-dong for some amazing street food and shopping. The rooms had that cool Japanese design vibe.

My children wanted more space to play. The room felt cramped for our family of five with barely enough room to move around.

The staff was helpful! I was amazed at how they helped me with the laundry and always kept me updated, especially the guy Yoongi. The room we had was comfy, and it was a huge relief to be a quick walk from the subway. My kids enjoyed the space and overall, had fun just exploring around.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

It was just a great fit for a short layover in Seoul with good value. The staff was very accommodating when I needed extra towels. Just remember to confirm room preferences ahead of time.
